Valley Business Bank encourages all of its customers to utilize Valley Online. There is NO COST to signup. The features listed above marked with an asterisk (*) are available at NO CHARGE. The Online Bill Pay feature is available for a small monthly charge and a per-item fee is charged for Stop Payments. See fee schedule below.

Valley Cash Management

Valley Cash Management internet banking is an enhanced version of Valley Online that allows business owners to improve their efficiency through the use of electronic funds transfers. In addition to all of the features listed above for Valley Online, the users of Valley Cash Management have the ability to perform these additional functions at their computer screen:

• Order recurring wire transfers
• Submit Automated Clearing House (ACH) cash transfers
• Submit ACH payroll
• Make tax payments

The enhanced features of Valley Cash Management are available on a fee basis, which includes a monthly maintenance fee. Most users of Valley Cash Management will be placed on Account Analysis and therefore may have interest earnings to offset these and other usage fees. See fee schedule below.

New User Signup

Signing up for Valley Online is simple. In most cases, you should be able to complete the signup without bank assistance. You will need to know these items of information:

1. Account number
2. Type of account – ie. Checking, Savings, Time Certificate, Loan, etc.
3. Telebanc password (generally this is the last 4 digits of your social security number).

Then, just click on the "New User Signup" button. After you read and "agree" with our DISCLOSURE PAGE, you will be instructed on how to create a user code and password. You can then begin logging on to Internet Banking from our website homepage (valleybusinessbank.net) and can begin utilizing the features of Valley Online.

Online Bill Paying

Online bill paying is an optional feature of Valley Online and Valley Cash Management. A separate signup is required after you have completed the New User Signup described above. Just click on the Bill Pay button and you will be taken to another secure web site. After you log on and fill in some simple information, you will be registered for Bill Pay subject to approval by the Certegy company. You can then set up the bills you wish to pay online, so next time you logon to Bill Pay all you need to do is fill in amounts and indicate when you want payments made.

There are two forms of Bill Pay – Consumer and Business. Consumer is for those who only pay a few bills monthly whereas Business is set up for business customers who want to pay more or larger bills online.

Your initial login takes you into Valley Business Bank’s internet site and when you tab to Bill Pay you are taken to another secure site known as Check Free where you need to login to their site to pay your bills.

User Requirements / Security

Valley Business Bank uses the latest security for your protection. This site will require your browser to support 128-bit encryption, which offers the highest level of security currently available. Most of the latest browser versions have SSL 128 bit built in. If you are using an older browser or receive an error message "HTTP Error 403" when you attempt to sign up, then you will you need to upgrade your browser software. If you are using AOL, information on how to upgrade your software can be found on AOL.

For Valley Online fees will be charged directly to your account.
