The enhanced features of Valley Cash Management are available on a fee basis, which includes a monthly maintenance fee. Click here for New User Signup Online Bill Paying Online bill paying is an optional feature of Valley Online and Valley Cash Management. A separate signup is required after you have completed the New User Signup described above. Just click on the Bill Pay button and you will be taken to another secure web site. After you log on and fill in some simple information, you will be registered for Bill Pay subject to approval by the Certegy company. You can then set up the bills you wish to pay online, so next time you logon to Bill Pay all you need to do is fill in amounts and indicate when you want payments made. There are two forms of Bill Pay – Consumer and Business. Consumer is for those who only pay a few bills monthly whereas Business is set up for business customers who want to pay more or larger bills online. Your initial login takes you into Valley Business Bank’s internet site and when you tab to Bill Pay you are taken to another secure site known as Check Free where you need to login to their site to pay your bills. Valley Business Bank uses the latest security for your protection. This site will require your browser to support 128-bit encryption, which offers the highest level of security currently available. Most of the latest browser versions have SSL 128 bit built in. If you are using an older browser or receive an error message "HTTP Error 403" when you attempt to sign up, then you will you need to upgrade your browser software.
